Amenities includes: Internet (both Google Fiber and Comcast), cable T.V., heating, cooling, and a laundry room. Each apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen.
The apartment also comes fully furnished, this includes beds, couches, kitchen table with chairs, a desk, and a dresser. Tenants can park one car in the lot, we also provide a bike rack.
Academy Arms is walking distance from a UTA bus stop that travels to and from campus, as well as the Provo library and historical downtown Provo.
