Small sleeping room with private bath, heat and electric included and free wi-fi where available - We have a small studio available near the corner of 1st ave west and 3rd street downtown Duluth. The building is very clean and is secure. The apartment is very small with enough room for a bed and television. You do have your own private entrance to the apartment and your own full bathroom. It has a small fridge and microwave. Electric and Heat are included with your monthly rent payment. Lease terms can be flexible. Call or email me any questions you have.
