The Country Club Apartments are located off of Mortensen about 5 minutes from campus, and are within walking distance of the Ice Arena and Jack Trice Stadium. The 1 - 2 bedroom units offer free reserved parking, wall A/C, a dishwasher, and coin-operated laundry in the secured entrance building. The landlord pays for gas (heat), water/sewer, and internet. Cats allowed, pet fees will apply. Tenants are responsible for electricity only. Undergrads welcome!
