The house is very close to the San Mateo Downtown and Caltrain.
We are still looking for nice roommates to rent out two empty rooms. Total 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms. We can share the kitchen, refrigerator and dining room, but hope you don't cook anything at midnight. Smaller room is $ 950, bigger room is $1250.
One suite downstairs is still also available and $1500 rental from landlord, but no kitchen and refrigerator. If anyone has questions, please feel free to text me. Thank you!
