The Space:
The HALF is a compact guest house in a private backyard. Designed by a local architect, The HALF offers a bohemian, California desert vibe. It is fully enclosed and not visible from the street. Very safe.
There is a full kitchen, dining for two, where The HALF provides a french press for coffee.
The living room has a couch that folds out to a queen bed, a record player with records and a desk you can work at.
A full walk-in closet is available for you to hang your clothes and store personal belongings.
This is recommended for one person or a couple. A roommate situation is doable, but that's up to you.
Smoking is allowed outside, not inside.
