Utilities and Wi‑Fi are included. Electricity is separate and split among residents. The bathroom is shared with one other person.
The room will be unfurnished at move-in. Current photos may show my furniture and belongings only to demonstrate the room’s layout; all of my belongings will be removed before move-in.
The apartment has central A/C and heat, a kitchen with a dishwasher, gas stove, oven, and garbage disposal, on-site laundry, gated/keyed entry, and convenient USC tram access.
The incoming tenant may either sublease the room or be added to the lease, depending on their preference and required management approval.
