Hi! I'm a 3 yr student at USC studying abroad in the spring. I need to find someone to take over my lease for the spring '27 semester. Rent is $725! I am in a double with another female. I am offering my space fully furnished- bed, dressers, nightstand, vanity, etc. 3 other rooms in the apartment are singles. So, total, including me, is 5 girls. Includes free parking right in front of our apartment in our gated community. A 8 min bike ride to Taper Hall on USC Campus. 15 walk. Water is covered by our landlord. Other utilities cost around $20 per month on top of our rent when split. In-house washer and dryer that is brand new this year. GIANT living room and front porch.
