It has an office space adjacent to the room with a full corner desk with filing space a drawers for supplies. The room has a queen bed, 4 drawer dresser, and end table, lamp and full wardrobe mirror. The laundry room is downstairs with Maytag washer and dryer. Full use of kitchen, all appliances, coffee maker, microwave, oven and all kitchen pot pans utensils and serve ware. Family room access with big screen TV and all cable and streaming channels. Backyard use of bbq, pizza oven, and outdoor living space. The home is a two story and I live upstairs so it is a private space as well. Quiet safe neighborhood. I have a bike for your use if needed. Must love dogs as I have a German Shepard named Rosie who will be your best friend. I work full time as a dental hygienist. My kids are grown and gone and I am a widow so it's just Rosie and I here!
