🏡 About the House Located in Strawberry Vale on a quiet dead-end road. 8 minute walk to Camosun Interurban, 20 minutes to downtown 15 minutes to Brentwood or Langford.
Close to nature: Thetis Lake, Francis King, Cordova Bay and plenty of walkable neighbourhood trails.
Front yard + backyard + trampoline 😄
Surrounded by Garry oaks — lots of leaves, but lots of beauty and grounded energy too.
Our current roommates are a couple who were only in Victoria for one semester, and are on to their next adventure for the summer. We have had great experiences having roommates!

I’m in my early 30s, studying Chinese medicine and bodywork. I don’t drink or party. I love cooking, fancy chocolate, nature walks, and procrastinating. 😅.
I value living well and having fun. Sorrel is hilarious, goes to nature school on weekdays, and spends about 40% of his time with his dad. He’s an easy kid to live with, and past roommates would vouch for that.
