HOW THIS WORKS
I do in-person viewings — you're welcome to bring a friend or family member. Nothing is signed and no money changes hands until you've seen the room yourself. I provide a signed contract and emailed rent receipts every month. We do a written move-in inspection together with photos, so your deposit is protected.
