High speed Wi-fi, desk, computer chair, bed, dresser, bookshelf, closet with shelves, central heat with additional individually controlled space heaters for each room. Shared kitchen area has counter, sink, cupboards, drawers, freezer, 6 slice toaster oven, 2-burner hot plate, microwave, dishware, cutlery, cookware and shelves. Additional room separating the bedrooms has sofa, storage cabinet, 2 dorm size refrigerators, (1 for each student), storage shelves, microwave, lamps. The full bath (tub, shower, sink, cabinet and storage closet) is on the same level and shared by the 2 students only. Homeowners' laundry (washer and drier) available for use during daylight hours (9-4). Bonus room (free of charge) on same level with full sofa and oversized chair, coffee table, flat screen TV (no cable), VCR, DVD, movies, books.
