There is no parties allowed, smoking or drugs within the property/ back yard up to property fence.We expect the space to be kept tidy. Guest must vacuum, clean floor, bathroom clean and wash sheets once a week.The guest must provide copy of driver license, contact reference from previous renting as well as demonstrate employment or pay in advance while is renting before the rental period begin. Also the guest/ tenant must have own rental insurance.We offer a private parking spot on the side of the house.
